Sorry for the radio silence, we’ve been grinding.

We wanted to get on here and introduce the AGENT COOPER, a new pizza to our menu. This is a marinara base, mozzarella, ezzo pepperoni, ricotta, fresh basil and honey drizzle. It’s truly a thing of beauty. Stop in this weekend to try it out and pair it with our new ipa from Fort George Brewery

This weekend was WIIIILD. You guys showed up! We packed out the house the last two (going on 3) days in a row. Totally cleaned out and ready for restock down to the last chicken wing.

We are overwhelmed by the community response to this project and so so grateful for every single one of you. For your patience as we get our rhythm, for your encouragements and positive feedback, and for your willingness to wait in line, we cannot thank you enough.

We also wanted to take the time to thank our incredible staff here at our new store, our downtown location and at Harbor City Coffee & Records. You all have made this possible- thank you for working late, pulling doubles , working hard all while handling the craziness with grace and kindness! We love you all!

Hard to believe but opening day is NEXT FRIDAY.

An honorary film dump from the buildout phase of this project. We’ve been grinding non stop the last six months bringing this pizza shop into existence. We’ve taken a big swing and we’re really proud of what we’ve built and genuinely think we’ve made Medford a little bit cooler.

Ollie’s East opening June 26th!! We’ve made it to the finish line. Come join us for our grand opening weekend. We will have three fantastic food trucks, roll up doors, picnic tables, free arcade games, balcony seating, brand new pizza menu, 24 beers on tap, and music playing so loud you’ll question our judgement.

We hope East Medford is ready for all the fun we’re about to throw at it. Can’t wait to celebrate with you guys!
