Damage BBQ As many of you know, Van is an amazing cook and his OBSESSION has spread to BBQ.

After winning ‘BEST RIBS’ at the first annual BBQ competition at HSC homecoming last year, we have been planning and building our own competition smoker.

We are gearing up for the covington Cork and Pork festival in two weeks!!! we took about a month off and we all fired up to get going again!!!

Well, we have had two goals for our competitions; turn everything in on time and don't come in dead ass last. Both were accomplished this weekend. Unfortunately, we came in 23rd of 28 overall...not our best day!
