The latest addition to our coffee shelves is the latest in Evan's "Birder Blends" series!

Introducing The Blackburnian Warbler!

This blend of El Salvador and Honduran beans is roasted to a lighter-medium roast level.

This allows the nutty Caramel tones from the Honduran beans pair with the Apricot notes from the beans from El Salvador creating a medium bodied coffee that is mild enough to enjoy at any time of day.

Evan chose the Blackburnian Warbler as the representative of this blend because during the winter, these Central/South American bird lives in the high elevation amongst the coffee trees but migrate north to our own area for their summers!
