Good evening, Lovers!
I write this post with a heavy heart and an even more sore body.

It has come time for me to officially, 100000%, no-more-messing-around give up any semblance of the bakery life. I came into this food truck season thinking that I could handle my fibromyalgia symptoms while working a "lighter load" on the food trailer. S**E!!
I don't think you guys know how ELATED my husband was when I said "I don't think I can do this anymore. Do you think I should sell? I'm thinking I should." He sees me at my absolute worst with pain and exhaustion. I'm waving the proverbial white flag on this hustle n' grind and I am ok with it ๐๐ณ๏ธ
I've also gotten the blessing from my family, friends, and most importantly my employees who know the struggles I've been through ๐
This post will certainly cause convos in lots of houses! Many of you see the food truck life and want in--now is your chance to literally take my keys and go. You get it all---trailer, equipment, generator, and it even comes with a split AC/heating unit! Best part? NO FRYING HAPPENED IN THAT TRAILER. Some of the secondary trucks for sale are ROUGH with grease!
Keep the pink or get it wrapped...your choice! Keep it a sweets trailer or sell hot dogs...I don't care. Its all you!
Most importantly: you'll get my contact list of event coordinators, inspectors, etc. that I've built over the last two years.
When could you have it? Whenever! I have some other events coming up that I have not fully financially committed to yet. My goal would be for you to be ready to rock by the beginning of the 2027 food truck season in April/May.
