Waterfowl season is upon us! 🦆🪿🦢 For all our hunters.... If we were to continue to do a hunters breakfast this year what is the best, opportune time for you to come in and grab a meal before heading to the stands?

🌾 Attention Local Farmers & Landowners: Complete Privacy, Full Protection, Zero Hassle 🌾

Are you tired of unvetted hunters knocking on your door at all hours, or worried about who is on your land during hunting season? We’ve built a simple, local system right here at the bar to keep you in total control—at zero cost to you.

Here is exactly how our sign-up program protects you, your property, and your peace of mind:

🔒 Absolute Identity & Land Privacy
Never Posted Online: Your name, phone number, and parcel locations will never be posted online, browsable by the public, or visible to just anyone.

Strict Gatekeeping: We only share your land details with individual hunters who physically walk into the bar, present ID, register their vehicle, and sign a binding Code of Conduct.

Direct Accountability: We collect the hunter’s full contact info, vehicle details, and signed agreement—which is kept on file and provided directly to you, so you know exactly who is out there.

⚖️ 100% Legal Liability Immunity

Under North Dakota Century Code Chapter 53-08 (Recreational Use Immunity), because access is completely free and you are not charging fees, your full statutory liability protections remain 100% intact.

You carry zero legal or financial liability for accidental injuries or property damage.
You set the rules, you decide access limits, and we handle the screening and paperwork.

👉 Interested in enrolling land or want the full details before deciding?

Stop by the bar to chat with us in person or send us a private message right here on Facebook. Let's make this season safe, respectful, and organized for everyone in our community!

SAVE THE DATE: October 23rd! 🎙️✨

Our annual Halloween party is back, and this year we’re bringing the 1920s back from the dead with a Haunted Speakeasy Gala.

Something sinister is brewing behind closed doors. Expect vintage vibes, a little ghostly mischief, killer tunes, and prizes for the sharpest dressed in the room. Full details coming soon!

🌾 ATTENTION NELSON COUNTY LANDOWNERS & FARMERS 🌾

Out-of-state hunters bring essential economic life to Nelson County, but navigating modern nonresident hunting zones and electronic land-posting rules can be a massive headache for everyone.

We are launching a voluntary, local Landowner Hunting Registry right here at our business to act as a bridge

Our goal is simple: We want to connect respectful out-of-state hunters directly with local landowners who are willing to grant private land access. By building this local network, we can protect our agricultural property, keep everyone safe and legally compliant, and make sure we continue to supporting our small-town communities.

🔒 YOUR PROPERTY IS PROTECTED BY STATE LAW:
Under North Dakota Century Code Chapter 53-08 (Recreational Immunity), letting a hunter use your land for free means you carry ZERO legal liability or responsibility if an accident occurs on your property. You keep complete control over your land—you tell us exactly which sections are open, what species can be targeted, and whether hunters need to call or text you first before stepping foot on your acreage.

We charge hunters zero land-access fees, ensuring your full protections under ND law remain 100% intact.

If you want to help keep our local business economy thriving while keeping complete control over who hunts your property, let’s get you on the list!

Drop by the bar, send us a private message, or give us a call to add your acreage to the registry.Let’s work together to support our community this fall! 🦆🪵
