6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

After 2nd Month one weekend off a month.

Duties:
Ensure outstanding and final product (meals) are fresh
Lead, mentor, and manage culinary team
Maintain storage for: food storage, rotation, and appearance
Prep food and multitask different orders to be served promptly
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations

Experience:
Must have references: proven experience as a cook
Breakfast cook experience

Job: Dishwasher

Schedule:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
4:00PM- 8PM

Job Duties:
Operating a dish machinery to wash to maintain dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment clean and organized
Setting up and cleaning dish machine area; check temperatures and soap dispensing levels
Preparing food for meals and assisting in the timely storing of food delivers
Assisting in maintaining sanitary work area in the restaurant:
Maintain trash cans throughout shift without garbage and moving trash to dump site

Experience:
Customer service
Planning and multi-tasking skills
Hospitality- related kitchen experience preferred
