I have some leftover HALF loaves from a bake sale I did today. Was asking $7each but will do 2 for $10 as well!

Flavors are (all sourdough)-

Lot’s of raw dough babies getting ready for their overnight cold ferment! ❄️

Can’t wait to bake them for y’all tomorrow😇

An overnight cold ferment isn’t a requirement when making sourdough but it’s something I always commit to doing!

During their time in the fridge, the yeast activity slows down allowing enzymes in the flour to break down starches into simple sugar which improves the flavor and texture. It also allows beneficial bacteria to increase (where all those good gut benefits come from!)

The gluten is also allowed to break down further which makes it easier to digest. Aka no yucky over-full feeling you might experience after eating store bought bread🙌 (my fav benefit)
This break down of gluten is also highly beneficial for anyone with a gluten sensitivity🙏

I can go on and on but I’ll stop there for now and wish you all a good night😴

Got a request for sourdough pumpkin quick bread and it turned out absolutely delicious🙌
Tis’ the season 🎃 🍂 😋

My mixer broke this week 😖 so I had to keep the orders to a minimum but replacement is coming Friday and I’ll be back at it 💃
