If anyone happens to want a Garlic & Herb Focaccia 🧄🌿 (as seen in the first photo) to pickup tomorrow (Thursday) then respond to this post by 8pm tonight and I’ll throw one in my batch for you, I have enough starter ready to add in a couple more of them 😊 ($12)

Otherwise orders are closed for the week and it’s looking like the self-serve sourdough stand will be closed this weekend as well ☹️ gotta make sure I get all these pre-orders out the door! 👌 (thank you if you placed one!💓)

The tester loaves I posted about yesterday were a success 🙌

I’ve been really wanting to nail down a few different varieties to offer regularly alongside my classic OG sourdough loaf, no fancy inclusions just good ol’ quality bread that offer a little extra added nutrition.

I settled on these 3,
- Honey Oat with a touch of whole grains🍯
- Hearty Mulitgrain with a blend of 9 cracked grains and whole wheat. 🌾
- Sesame (because I’m obsessed and they are so good for you!) 🤍🖤

I am SO stoked on them, proud of how they turned out and ready to offer them to you all! Send me a message to get your order scheduled any time!☺️

These beauties are all classic batard shape but can be done sandwich loaf style as well
