As part of of our expansion and new items, Chefs Seb & Chef Masoud are adding few unique dishes to our new menu being launched at the completion of our dining room's construction in July. Ladies and gentlemen introducing one of those items, Koubideh Burger, minced grass fed beef, charbroiled to perfection, topped off with Persian pickles, crumbled goat feta, lettuce, onions and served in saffron butter toasted sesame buns.

Happy to announce we've added a new appetizer to our menu at Amoo's Restaurant which will be available starting this evening!
Introducing Mama's Black Garlic "Seertorshi". A Persian deliquecy made from pomegranate wine pickled and aged garlic cloves. They have a very soft texture with a balance of mild sweetness with a savory, citrusy finish. It can be used as a spread with our clay oven baked lavash pita or simply enjoyed by itself.
The recipe was created by our mother but our Chef is the one that pushed for it to be added to the regular menu.
It will be available for takeout very soon.
