Both our Oakland & Deep Creek locations will be CLOSED Tuesday, May 19th and Wednesday, May 20th while we spiff up the shops, tackle some equipment maintenance, spend time on staff training & development… and maybe work on a few other things we’ve been keeping under our hat lately. 👀

To our valued customers,

We want to sincerely apologize for having to close today due to a major POS system outage that affected our entire platform. We experienced issues processing credit cards, opening cash drawers, and routing tickets properly to our kitchen and barista screens.

We did everything we could to remain open and continue serving our community, but the ongoing failures resulted in complete operational chaos, including over 100 tickets that may not have processed payment correctly.

We understand many of you experienced long waits, confusion, or frustration, and for that we are truly sorry. Please know this situation was completely outside of our control, but that does not lessen how deeply we care about your experience.

Thank you to everyone who showed patience and kindness while we worked through an incredibly difficult situation today. We appreciate your support more than you know. ❤️
