beans - roasted - well - It's way more than a slogan. It's what we do! We are a family owned business operating in a small southern town.
(1347)

We love Jesus, bow ties, cowboy boots, cupcakes, trampolines, and playing ball. We never do anything half-way or half-hearted. We love deep and laugh hard. The only place we'd rather be than on the back porch with friends and family is out getting our hands dirty in service to someone else. Coffee was a way to do both. Coffee has always been a staple in our home, but our dream for the coffee business was bigger than ourselves and our quaint community. We wanted to make a real difference in the lives of people around the world- the ones who don't wake up to a pot of coffee because they don't wake up to a pot of water. A portion of the proceeds from every single bag we sell goes to drill wells in third world countries- $1 per pound to be exact. So, as you brew the best coffee in the world, smile. You've just drilled a little deeper to bring water to the thirsty.

Here we go again…Abby came to us about a year ago. She quickly made friends and an impression on us all. (She once took an Uber to work because her car wasn’t ready in time for her shift!) She has an easy breezy approach to life and takes things in stride. We will miss her laugh the most. We are so glad our paths intersected Abby. You were good to Ga. Hope she was good to you. ❤️

“You ride a motorcycle?!?! Aren’t you afraid of getting hit by cars?”

Life is about creating memories. Family is about creating memories. Queen Bee Coffee is about creating memories. Even work is about creating memories. This weekend we were out creating memories. We are also curious what you did to create memories this weekend. Tell us in the comments. Bonus points if you have some QB swag in the memory like this picture. 😉 That was my favorite hat… 😔

Thank you to Athens 100 for creating an incredible event to create memories around campfires and motorcycles.

Oh yeah… there were not many cars where we were riding this weekend. It’s the trees and big mud holes I need to be afraid of.

We had a great time celebrating Dolly yesterday! Promoting literacy was very important to her. In honor of Dolly Parton, Queen Bee will be sponsoring books for 5 Henry County children this next year. Please join us and make a difference in our community through Ferst Readers of Henry County. You can make your donation here: http://www.ferstreadershenry.org
