Three meats. Three sides. Zero corners cut.

That's chopped brisket with bark you can actually see, pulled pork with those crispy burnt ends mixed in, and pulled chicken that's been soaking up hickory smoke since sunrise. On the side: baked beans simmered low with brown sugar, a vinegar slaw with purple cabbage that brings the crunch, and mac and cheese that melts in your mouth with every bite.

This is what we do. No electric smokers, no shortcuts — just real hickory wood, and the kind of patience that Georgia summers teach you.
