Yeah we do meatloaf too.

We have been getting ready for a plate lunch tomorrow. We are going to do our Smoked meatloaf with Jack and bacon sauce, from scratch mashed potatoes and our collard greens with Johnny cakes. I will post a picture when the first plate sells tomorrow. Come see us this Friday or better yet come see us today and tomorrow.

We bought a butt naked trailer and a smoker in 2016 with the idea we were going to be different. If you know our family you know we are definitely different. Well today she got a facelift to bring her up to date. Yes we will still serve tacos off her... we just made it a little less weird to sell BBQ off her.
