This years graduation is bittersweet for Mountain Java as 4 of our treasured baristas graduate and make plans to head off after the summer into another chapter of their lives. They have all been with us since we first bought the shop and we've had the honor of watching them grow into the amazing women they've all become. We will be extremely sad to see them go and will be super excited to hear about their future epic adventures. To Molly, Lucille, Kyrie, and LT, thank you for sticking it out with us. We couldn't have done it without you!

We’re looking for a couple people to join our barista team!

If you’re passionate about coffee (or super curious to learn), this could be the perfect job for you. No experience required — we’ll train the right person!

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Responsible
• Motivated + reliable
• Able to work independently
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

It’s a fun job, the best customers, a great team, and honestly… learning coffee is a lifelong skill 💛
