🥔 A New Chapter for Spud Guts 🥔
I’ve been trying to find the right words for this post, because Spud Guts has never just been a food truck to me. It has been a dream I prayed for, worked incredibly hard for, and had the privilege of watching become real.
And now… life is taking me in a new direction.
This week I made the decision to accept a new opportunity and move to Bainbridge Island, Washington. It’s exciting, a little scary, and a very big change—but it’s a change I’m ready to embrace. ❤️
Because of that, I’ve made the decision to put the Spud Guts truck on hold for now.
I want to be very clear: this isn’t goodbye. It’s a pause. 🥔❤️
Spud Guts has been such a huge part of my life, and the support you have given me has meant more than I could ever adequately put into words. Every event, every order, every person who stopped by the truck, shared a post, told a friend, voted for us, or simply said, “Those potatoes were amazing!” — you helped make this dream possible.
I am incredibly proud of what we built together.
Right now, I’m choosing to step into this next chapter with an open heart and see where it takes me. I don’t know exactly what the future holds for Spud Guts, but I know I’m not ready to say goodbye to it.
So for now, the truck is going to rest while I chase a new opportunity and see what this next adventure has in store.
