Baby back ribs worth stopping for. 🍖

Ribs this saucy get filmed before they get eaten, and the line at the Tony Roma’s trailer at VidSummit 2026 in Dallas proved it. We have been famous for ribs since 1972, and it was great to feed a whole new crowd. 🙌

Where should the ribs head next? Tell us a city or an event in the comments, and follow us to catch the next stop.

Three days at VidSummit 2026 in Dallas, and the Tony Roma's trailer was busy the whole way through. 🍖

Ribs off the grill, burgers and fries boxed up to order, and creators lining up to eat and tell their followers about it.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, and to our crew who kept it all moving. 🤝

Food insecurity nonprofits: apply by October 30.

The UN's Gender Snapshot 2026 projects roughly one in four women and girls could face food insecurity in 2030. Our CEO, Mohaimina Haque refused to let that number sit with her.

The Tony Roma's Foundation is inviting nonprofits working to eradicate food insecurity to submit proposals for grant funding, partnership, or food donations. Every proposal will be reviewed by our CEO personally.

Reach out to us directly with your proposal. Submissions close October 30, 2026.
