There’s so many behind-the-scenes tasks that keep your favorite (and Maysville’s ONLY) Cold Pressed Juice Bar up and running smoothly. It takes a team of hard-working critical thinkers and we have the best there is! It may seem like you just put fruit into a press and it goes into a bottle and into the cooler and we open the bar. But really, there’s about 10 steps and a full hour and a half to keeping the wheels on the bus so you get the nutrition your body deserves, served fresh and delicious with a seamless, professional presentation! From grocery shopping, carrying it into the bar, putting it away, cleaning the fruit, organizing the recipe, pressing the fruit, straining the juice. Straining it again. 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ Stirring, Stirring. Stirring. Bottling, Capping, Dating. Oh, Did I mention labeling the hundreds of bottles that go out each week? Then the dishes, which need done immediately and the garbage bags that weigh an actual ton from all the fruit and vegetable peels and pulp. We’re thankful for each team member, especially when a lot of the tasks aren’t all that glamorous.
