Effingham Farmers Market you know I love bringing different flavors to the market every Saturday, this week I am bringing six Sweet Potatoe Macarons, yes your heard me, Sweet Potatoe...I need folks who want to try them and let me know their thoughts...Ive caramelized some granulated brown sugar on the inside with the Sweet potato filling on top of that...Im a brown sugar & butter girl on my Sweet potatoes, but maybe I need marshmallow fluff in the middle, which might show up...So, if you would like to try a Sweet Potatoe Macaron, come early... ❤️
