The Baking Emporium I would like to start selling my pastries as kind of an al la carte menu.

You can request whatever you like, and I will post inspirations that I have used (aka the food I have made thus far).

Preparing some peach preserves for peach macarons this week! After this, I will be making cookies n cream filling for the other macarons! Then it will be marzipan preparation for tomorrow's mandelhörnchens! Come see me this week at de buhrs on Wednesday from 3 to 6 and Lytle starting at 8am on Friday! I'll be at Lytle for about 5 or 6 hours depending on the market! Have a good week and don't get be too stressed!
