1 cup pistachios
1/2 cup fresh ground coffee from Jest Coffee and Tea
1 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
16 ounces dark chocolate chopped, divided
1 1/2 cups unsweetened flaked coconuttoasted
