Meg and Andrew didn’t just “step up” these past few weeks — they carried us. When we unexpectedly lost key kitchen staff after my closing announcement, they leaned in with courage, loyalty, and so much heart.

They showed up early. They stayed late. They kept standards high. And somehow, in the middle of it all, they filled our kitchen with laughter, calm, and genuine joy.

The food has been exceptional — but even more than that, their spirit has been extraordinary.

In a season that could have felt heavy, they brought light. In a moment that could have been chaotic, they created peace.

We could not have done this without you. Not even close.
