Pulcinella Neapolitan Pizzeria & Restaurant in Massapequa, Long Island was opened by friends and business partners Carlos and Ciro. Ciro hails from Naples, Italy where he owned and operated his own restaurant for more than twenty years. Carlos has been working in the restaurant business for twenty five years. He spent fifteen years working in Manhattan and ten years on Long Island. Carlos and Ciro

met while working together at a restaurant for several years. They decided to take their mutual love and knowledge of food to the next level by opening up their own restaurant and Pulcinella was born! Their knowledge of food makes for a great experience and food that is to die for. Be sure to stop in and try it our for yourself, you'll be sure to be coming back for more! Sausage and Broccoli Rabe with Guanciale — a true classic that never goes out of style.

🧾 INGREDIENTS (save this 👇)
• Italian sausages
• Broccoli rabe
• Guanciale
• Garlic
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Salt
• Water

🔪 PREPARATION

1. Cook the guanciale in olive oil until crispy
2. Brown the sausages on all sides, then set aside
3. Add garlic, broccoli rabe, and a splash of water
4. Cover and cook until tender
5. Return the sausages and let everything come together

👨🏼‍🍳 How to:
1️⃣ Fry potatoes until crispy
2️⃣ Beat eggs + Parmesan + salt & pepper
3️⃣ Mix in potatoes & mozzarella
4️⃣ Cook on medium heat, flip once golden
5️⃣ Finish with extra Parmesan ✨

Braised Lamb Chops with Peas & Eggs

INGREDIENTS (Serves 4) • 8–10 lamb chops • 14 oz peas — fresh or frozen • 2 eggs • ½ cup grated Parmesan • 1 onion, finely chopped • ½ cup white wine • Olive oil, salt & pepper

👨‍🍳 HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Sauté onion in olive oil until golden
2. Add peas, deglaze with white wine, season & cook until tender
3. Sear lamb chops until browned & cooked through
4. Whisk eggs with Parmesan, salt & pepper
5. Pour egg mix into peas over low heat — stir until cooked
6. Plate peas first, lamb chops on top. Serve hot 🔥
