Tomorrow- Saturday Oct 10th is East Main Music Fest! Such a fun community event with lots of local musicians in front of all the East Main businesses.

We will be hanging out at The Rare and offering sneak peaks in the restaurant so grab a Dora, bring your family and stop by to see us from 3-7pm.

To park: use the city lots on West Main; there is also plenty of parking spots at Heritage Oak Park.
***EAST MAIN ST will close from 2:30 to 7:30 PM; use Mason-Mont Rd-Bethany Rd-741 Rt as detour***

A new bar and restaurant called The Rare is coming to a 150-year-old building in downtown Mason, with plans to open in November.

We have been told time and time again how much easier and less expensive it would have been to tear down this building and start from scratch. For us that wasn’t an option. We wanted to bring this beautiful old building back to life. We wanted to create a great new space while showcasing the old charm.
