The perfect summer cocktail does exist and it is bright, refreshing, and just a little floral. Our Lavender Haze brings together Altamura vodka, lavender, and lemon for an easygoing sip made for warm evenings at the Lodge.

Our charcuterie board is more than an appetizer. It reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, local sourcing, and honoring East Tennessee's agricultural heritage.

From house-cured meats, many sourced from Chef Trevor Stockton’s family heritage pig farm, Stockton Farm, to house-made pickles, preserves, and freshly baked sourdough crafted with regional flours, every element is thoughtfully prepared from start to finish.
