🍽️ Southern roots, bold flavor, and true craftsmanship. We are thrilled to have Chef Mike Thomas of The Walnut Kitchen in Maryville back again this year! 👨‍🍳

Since 2017, The Walnut Kitchen has been a standout for elevated Southern inspired farm to table dining. Its name comes not from food, but from the black walnut trees milled into the tables, bars, and warm wood accents throughout the space.

Led by Nick DiBartolomeo and Roy Milner of Launch Hospitality, the team is soon opening a seafood and pizza bar next door, bringing together two unforgettable dining experiences.

Fried Airline Chicken- Ritz cracker-crusted airline chicken served atop collard greens and white bean purée, accompanied by jalapeño Johnny cakes, house-made chow chow, and finished with a drizzle of hot honey.
