Being a restaurant owner is soooo easy! Here’s my daily routine:

✅ Wake up fresh after a relaxing 3 hours of sleep
✅ Open the fridge and play “Guess What Went Bad Overnight”
✅ Staff calls in sick... again... all of them
✅ A customer asks if our kofta is gluten-free, vegan, and air-fried by a phero.
✅ AC decides to take a vacation — during lunch rush
✅ Someone leaves a 1-star review because their cousin didn’t like the picture of the food
✅ Take a short break by crying in the storage room while hugging the tahini bucket
✅ End the night mopping the floor, balancing bills, and wondering why I ever thought “This will be fun!”

So easy, I might open another one. Or a circus. Same thing anyway 😂🍽🔥
