We serve homemade, wood smoked and charcoal grilled food. Our focus is on fresh, authentic Texas style meats and sides. We are located at the Marysville Golf Course, 2080 River Road in Marysville, Michigan, 48040. Owned and operated by Chris and Holly Mader, we are cooking and serving out of our new food trailer located adjacent to the golf course clubhouse. Our food is prepared on our new Lang S

moker/Cooker using the tried and true tradition of low and slow Southern style BBQ cooking. Our reputation is born of twelve hour burns and not cutting corners, in order to serve the best BBQ the Blue Water Area has ever tasted. We hope to quickly build a loyal following of foodies, community and golf course customers. Crossfire Grill is a full service restaurant specializing in slow cooked BBQ, smoked and grilled food. The menu consists of: brisket, spareribs, back ribs, turkey, pulled pork, chicken wings, sausage, burgers and hotdogs. Items are available in sandwich form or served as meat with sides. Side choices include southern slaw, cheesy potatoes, pinto beans, chips and seasonal corn on the cob. There is inside seating for 48 and there will be picnic tables and patio seating with umbrellas available outdoors. We also have a catering tent available for additional shaded seating and tournament use. At Crossfire we strive to serve our customers the freshest and best tasting BBQ they have ever eaten. Whether it’s a hotdog at the turn or a rack of ribs and a beer after their round, the food will be beyond your expectations. With each brisket, pork butt, turkey or rack smoked fresh daily, we will be serving you a memorable experience from 11:00 – 8:00 every day. It is important to us that all products are not just Pure Michigan, but as local as possible. All meats will be purchased through Weeks Meat Market, Mid-Michigan Meats, and Wally’s Supermarket. Fresh Michigan beef, pork, and fowl are vital to the quality of our product. Wally’s also has an in house bakery and we will be having our bread products custom baked just for Crossfire. Come and enjoy an authentic, Texas style, home-cooked meal at Crossfire Grill!

Memorial Day weekend is here and, even if the weather doesn’t fully cooperate, we’ll be fired up the entire weekend, Monday included. We’re fully stocked and looking forward to seeing your hungry faces. Need brisket, pulled pork or ribs for your Memorial Day gathering ? We’ll be your huckleberry…. If by chance we don’t see you this weekend, enjoy your time with your loved ones and cherish the memories of those in remembrance.

I’m not exactly sure if this defines “the perfect storm” but I know one thing, you guys eat A LOT of BBQ!!! With the amount of food leaving the kitchen on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday, along with the days of unstable weather, we’ve been facing some unprecedented challenges getting our kitchen restocked. No rain today and tomorrow will help immensely. We’re closed today for sure but we’re hoping to be fully stocked with our entire menu by Thursday…. Friday at the latest. Also, we WILL be open on Memorial Day in case you need brisket and ribs for your picnic. We’ll continue to grind… Please keep checking back and, thank you for your understanding and support.

Wow! We have always been blessed with the greatest customers on earth but today was mind blowing. Our twelfth opening day was a record setter. From the opening bell til we simply had nothing left to sell, you guys rocked it. The line was into the parking lot for at least the first two and a half hours. We only lasted maybe five total. Thank you so much! We apologize for the long wait times, and double apologies to those who never made it to the window. We’ll be back at it tomorrow, smoke rolling, full menu available. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for braving the cold and making this day so memorable.

Hello Family - Well, it’s finally here! May 1st has arrived and we’re kicking off year 12 🔥🔥 Everything is ready to go and we’ve been rolling smoke all week. Can’t wait to see all your familiar faces and feed those cravings….. It won’t be our warmest opening weekend but the fires will be burning and grills will be hot. As always, craving quenching commences at 11:00 and we’ll have plenty of all your favorites. Can’t wait to see you…. Come hungry 😋

Bone-in, herb crusted Prime Rib Roast. Three pound minimum, $24 per pound

Our Undefeated Award Winning Smoked Brisket. $20 per pound

Smoked Ribs - $25 per rack

Happy Halloween 🎃, brisket lovers!! The final day of the season is here and Holly and I wanted to thank you for your love and support during a very successful year 11. We’ll be here from 11-3 today and have plenty of your favorites on hand. There’s still a couple of weeks left to order for Thanksgiving but space is limited so please don’t wait too long.

Fall has arrived and that means two things; our season is winding down, last day for daily service will be October 31, and Turkey! I can’t believe it’s turkey time already but here we go! We’re taking orders now thru Sunday, November 9. You can place your order by messaging us here or by calling or texting the shack at, 810-479-6092. Leave a message with your name, order and phone number and we’ll get you hooked up. Pick up date for all orders is, Wednesday, November 26 from 11:00 - 2:00. As in previous years our offering will be:

Whole Smoked Turkey: 17/18 # Average. Turkey comes wrapped and ready for reheating, with instructions. $59

Smoked Boneless Turkey Breast:
5 # average. Breast comes wrapped and ready for reheating, with instructions. $59

We also have our award winning brisket, pulled pork and ribs available, in case you can’t live without.
Brisket $21 per pound
Pulled Pork $13 per pound
Ribs $25 per rack

Space is limited so get your orders in ASAP. If we don’t see you, Holly and I would like to thank you for yet another fantastic year.
