We spend a lot of time training our staff on hospitality.

One thing we forgot to cover was what to do when someone walks in and steals money from the tip jar.

If you recognize this gentleman, please let us know because we’d like to have a word with him 😉

Also, if you’re struggling financially, just tell us. Seriously. We’d genuinely rather give you a free cup of coffee than watch you steal from our hard-working employees. This is never the answer.
