Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to sincerely apologize for the issues Dragon Buffet has experienced over the past two months and provide some clarification regarding what occurred.

During this time, the owners of Dragon Buffet traveled to China to visit family and temporarily left the restaurant under the management of a relative. Unfortunately, due to difficulties with English communication and some misunderstandings between management and our staff, several issues were not properly addressed when the health department conducted inspections. These communication problems contributed to Dragon Buffet receiving unsatisfactory health inspection results on two occasions.

Since returning, we have taken immediate steps to address these concerns and ensure that the restaurant meets the standards our customers deserve. We have also made changes to our management structure and are committed to improving communication, cleanliness, food safety, and overall operations moving forward.

We deeply regret the recent incidents and sincerely appreciate the patience and understanding of our customers. We take these matters very seriously and will continue working hard to provide a cleaner, safer, and better Dragon Buffet for everyone.

Sincerely,
Dragon Buffet
