Our journey to becoming A Load of Bowls!

It began June 2023 as a wish and a prayer! Cause really it's ALOT starting a food truck!

First the purchase of a trailer in need of love and TLC becoming a blank canvas ready for the beauty of stainless steel top to bottom with gorgeous stainless steel equipment just longing to create and make some mouthwatering food!

The days were long both mentally and physically draining; with perervence and support from family and friends, our wish and prayer became reality!

Our mission is to serve YOU good food, healthier food at a price range that everyone can afford, so families big and small can enjoy a meal out without breaking the bank!

We look forward to serving you with delicious food with a kind, friendly attitude always!
