Recently I was asked if my Protein Bars have Chia Seeds.... I researched and noticed Chia Seeds are packed with protein, fiber and omega-3. So, of course I added them! I also increased the amount of Greek yogurt in my recipe too, which increased the overall protein content. Right now, just the Chocolate flavor has Chia Seeds, next week I will have the Vanilla flavor ready. Only $2.50

They say time flies when you’re doing what you love, and it’s true. Since I opened my doors 15 years ago, I have poured just about every ounce of me into this business. It has been an absolute joy, but it has also taken its toll. Those 15 years of business, have aged me a full 15 years!
With that in mind, I’ve decided to slow things down a bit this summer. Starting today, I will be cutting back my hours to give myself a bit of a breather.
My new summer hours will be:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday: 7:00 a.m. – Noon
Wednesday: Closed
Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (Hours remain the same!)
Sunday: Closed
