At Capone's, the pasta is always fresh. We make it daily, including kneading it for a full ten minutes. In addition to producing soft, silky pasta that almost melts in your mouth, it also gives the team an early-morning upper body workout.

Can you see yourself working here? We can!

Capone's House of Pasta is new to Mars, and looking to grow our team as we expand our hours and increase the days we are open. We are currently interviewing for kitchen help, to prepare all of the food and other essentials for the day, then support the kitchen team during the dinner hours, and you could be the perfect fit. Our ideal candidate is a "Swiss Army Knife" type of person that is willing to help with anything that needs to be done, learn new skills and work as an integral part of the team. No experience is necessary, but a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team is needed.

Chef Tripp is working on the menu for the coming week, and adding some dynamite dishes! Thanks to our newest seafood supplier, we can start adding some seafood dishes to the menu - like Hot King Crab Dip, and Shrimp Fra Diavolo. By popular request, we are also adding Pot Roast Ravioli to the menu - tender bits of slow roasted, hand-shredded pot roast, seasoned with a special blend of herbs, lovingly stuffed into our hand-made dough, and topped with our signature pot roast gravy. And of course, chocolate-covered cannoli for dessert - with Cookie Butter Cream filling.

Chef Tripp has added a few things to this week's menu, including a delightful, flavorful Tuscan Fettucine, and a Cappuccino Mousse Pie that is to die for! Of course, his Chicken Parmesan is always exceptional, and very filling.

Capone's Menu for the week of Jun 1 includes some returning favorites, like Roasted Broccoli Alfredo Fettucine, Cajun Chicken Alfredo Fettucini, and Baked Ricotta Dip, along with some new items, like Fettucine with Italian Herbs and Pink Sauce; Chocolate Marshmallow Cookie Dough Cake for dessert; and by request, Spinach & Artichoke dip with seasoned flatbread.

Chef Tripp has settled into his new kitchen, and feeling more and more comfortable with where he's put everything! This week he added some delicious Shrimp Scampi to the menu, with loads of butter, fresh garlic, a squeeze of lemon, and some herbs, over our freshly rolled fettucine. And his Fettucine with Lemon Basil Sauce is always delightful, as is the Pasta Arrabbiata, with hot sausage, roasted red peppers, and a spicy marinara sauce teased with a few calabrian chili pepper flakes. And the Cajun Chicken Alfredo? A flavor bomb that's always a winner!

As a reminder, Capone's House of Pasta is only open Tuesday-Thursdays for dinner for a few more weeks before we expand our hours. We roll our pasta fresh each morning based on the day's reservations, so please make reservations online at www.CaponesHouseofPasta.com to reserve your table.
