This week's hidden special: Herbed Fettuccini pasta! We rolled up our sleeves and cranked out some of our all-time favorite pasta this week. These noodles are made with the finest Italian flour we can find, farm fresh eggs, and Italian herbs and spices to give these noodles are particularly delicious and flavorful taste. Chef Tripp Acker recommends them with a lighter cream sauce, such as our Alfredo or Carbonara, which will really let the flavor of the pasta shine thru.

Anchovy lovers, this one is for you! Chef Tripp Acker added a beautiful Spaghetti Puttanesca to this week's menu. This new entree features sauce made with crushed San Marzano tomatoes infused with oil and garlic, then tossed with olives, capers, and anchovies, with a few extra anchovies on top for garnish. This one could become a fan-favorite, so reserve your table now to try it out.

New to the menu at Capone's House of Pasta this week are two new delicious entrees! How about Sausage and Fennel Ravioli. and Spaghetti Puttanesca? Our freshly rolled ravioli features ground Italian hot sausage, ricotta cheese, imported parmesan, and a blend of spices enveloped in our house-made ravioli dough, served in our signature red sauce. And the Spaghetti Puttanesca is fresh spaghetti tossed in a vibrant, savory sauce of crushed San Marzano tomatoes, olives, capers, garlic, and anchovies, then finished with fresh parsley and a pinch of crushed red pepper.

And our New York Cheesecake is making a return by popular request, with a strawberry compote to top it off.

New to the menu this week at Capone's House of Pasta, Chef Tripp Acker is working on a delicious Shrimp Scampi Florentine over Radiatori Pasta. This light, fresh dish features plump gulf coast shrimp, sauteed then tossed with a lemon cream sauce and fresh spinach leaves, over a bed of Radiatori pasta. Our Tuscan Fettucine is also returning, with freshly-rolled fettucine, tossed in a silky-smooth cream sauce seasoned with fresh Italian herbs and spices, along with roasted red peppers and fresh spinach. And as if he didn't have enough to tempt us with, he is also making fresh blueberry compote with which to finish a generously cut slice of our New York Cheesecake.
