Hello and welcome to Rikki’s Healthy Meals, the place where I use my passion to give back high quality and nutritional meals to YOU! I have 25 years of experience in food preparation; for the last 2 years, I have done that on a much larger scale. Most of my meals contain the leanest ground turkey (93%). With that being said, there is no ground meat in my meals. I also refrain from using butter or margarine and instead use avocado or olive oil for flavor and cooking benefits. Although these nutritious options tend to be more expensive, I genuinely want the healthiest meals possible for all of my clients, and they make it all worth it!
