To our coffee family,
It’s hard to believe it’s been almost three years since The Coffee Shop opened its doors. What started as a dream quickly became something so much more—a place filled with laughter, early mornings, quiet afternoons, and countless connections. You’ve made this space feel like home, and we’re endlessly grateful.
Now, it’s time for a new chapter.
The Coffee Shop will be closing on November 7th, and starting November 8th, we’ll be merging with Pony Expresso, the other shop we welcomed into our family back in March. This decision wasn’t easy, but it’s one we’ve made with care, love, and a deep commitment to continuing what we’ve built together.
We’re bringing our team, our recipes, and our heart with us. You’ll still see the same familiar faces, as well as a few new ones, and we’ll do everything we can to make sure your favorite drinks taste just the way you remember. Whether you’ve been part of The Coffee Shop or Pony Expresso—or both—we want you to feel at home in this new space.
A few things to know:
- Our last day at The Coffee Shop is November 7th
- We’ll be serving you at Pony Expresso starting November 8th
- Please use any Coffee Shop gift cards, loyalty points, or store credit before we close—they won’t transfer over
We know this change might feel emotional—it does for us too. But we’re hopeful, and we’re ready to keep showing up for you, one cup at a time. Thank you for being part of our story. We can’t wait to welcome you at Pony Expresso and keep sharing coffee, connection, and community.
