We have been so blessed to serve Marion! We love every one of our customers, you have all been amazing!
We have decided to close the daily operations of the Common Grounds Coffee trailer. We will be available for events only going forward. Please contact us to see how we can serve you for your school, church, wedding or other events.
We will still continue to sell our coffee by the bag on our website for you to purchase.

Barista Job Description

*Create a welcoming experience for our customers, having great customer service skills is one of the most important parts of being a part of Common Grounds Coffee
*Drink & equipment knowledge
*Assisting customers with menu options
*Operate POS for orders
*Multitasking & time management skills
*Maintain a clean and sanitized working environment
*Attention to detail & efficiency
*Must be team-oriented as we operate with a small staff

Hours/Perks

Hours will be between 10-19 hours to start while we start our evenings hours. Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays.

Baristas are allowed one free drink per their scheduled shift.
