Is it too early in the week for us to say you look like you need your glass refilled with some fresh beer?

Never, and that’s because there’s no such thing! Especially when you consider all the great specialty beers we have on tap. Including Fade To White and, no, actually, no, that’s not what we just say when we have to turn on the taproom lights at the end of every night, okay? It’s what we call our newest DDH Hazy IPA. Here’s the rundown on the next beer that’ll be hitting your glass

Fade To White DDH Hazy IPA

This densely features massive amounts of El Dorado, Galaxy, and Motueka hops blended with orange, grapefruit, and lemon peel for a saturated citrus and tropical fruit smoothie flavor profile. Yes, we have the amazing Trailing West here!

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at , Trailing West is this years’s iteration of our annual tradition of brewing a speciality beer for our Invitational Beer Festival.

This all-timer of a Pilsner is available in draft pours now, so come in by and try it today. Who knows, you may leave with a fresh six-pack of it under your arm too.

Another day, another cold, delicious looking beer in hand.

We’re sipping on a Gen-8 right here, which is still flowing on our taps and oh-so good. But there’s some new sips entering our rotation. So, if you feel like switching it up come by and enjoy a glass of:

Oscura 🧭 Dark Lager 🍺

Oscura is our next foray into the realm of North American dark lager styles. Living somewhere in the space occupied by Mexican dark lagers but with our own signature Californian style and approach. Think of it as the darker, richer counterpart to our 805 Cerveza, but with lime optional. This all-malt, premium dark lager may be inspired by old-school dark lagers from both sides of the border but it is 100% Firestone Walker and 100% delicious.

We have some new pours flowing from our taps right now! As usual, they’re all good, and you can’t go wrong with anything you order. However, if you’re looking to switch it up, why not come on in and try our latest:

Dinner With Friends West Coast Pils

We’ve blended a traditional German pils approach here with a modern IPA profile from Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and 586 Cryo hops. A floral and fruity aroma with notes of kumquat, kiwi, gooseberry, and rosewater layers over a snappy bitterness and cupcake-like malt profile with a kiss of sweetness before a dry and balanced finish. It’s an absolute crowd-pleaser.

But now back to the beer at (and in) hand right here. It looks great, and you could have something just like it. All you have to do is come in and put in an order at the bar. We’ll see you soon.

Got Gen-8 on your mind still?

Us too. And how can we not? Hopped up with Simcoe, Mosaic, Mosaic Incognito, 586, 586 Cryo, and Freestyle Riwaka Hop Kief, this modern West Coast DIPA is hugely aromatic with notes of kiwi, orange, and strawberry. In short, it looks great in a glass and tastes even better when it’s getting sipped out of one too.

Gen-8 is available on tap and in four-packs now. Come and get it while it’s still cold.

If you’ve been in our taproom recently, then you’d know we have a few, new beers running our taps. Our brand new California IPA and the newly revamped Luponic Distortion IPA are here and ready to be served by the can, bottle, or fresh draft pour.

Oh mein güteness!

Have you seen das? It’s called Somewhere Along The Autobahn, and it’s the latest Propagator special to join our taps. A gold Bavarian-style Export Lager that’s a slightly stronger version of a classic Helles Lager, Somewhere Along The Autobahn is subtly balanced by the floral-lemon expressions of our Brewmaster-selected Hallertau Saphir hops. And by all that we mean it’s sehr gut.

The sun is out, and there’s never been a better time to sit on our patio and enjoy a crisp, cold, delicious beer. Come on by and start your weekend off right.
