There’s a lot that sets us apart at Season, and it all starts with people who genuinely care about what we’re putting out.

That care shows up in the little things: never using seed oils, crafting every syrup for our beverage program in-house, brewing our meticulously prepped French press coffee with spring water, creating nearly everything from scratch, and so much more!

These choices take more time, more effort, and a little more attention… but that is what cooking with intention looks like to us. It is in the big things, the small things, and even the details you may never see. And we wouldn’t have it any other way.

TALKIN’ BISCUITS WITH CHEF NICK: PART 2

A true biscuit needs only 3 ingredients: flour, buttermilk, and butter. No frills, no additives, nothing sneaking in that just doesn’t need to be there.

You may be surprised to learn that our biscuits aren’t made from an old family recipe! Instead, our recipe is proprietary to Season and was developed with 🩷 over time by Chef Nick and the team, who played around (a lot!) with ingredient amounts to achieve the perfect texture and taste.
