UpNorth DownSouth Eats Bringing comfort food with a twist from a Northern Native to the South In 2002, two girls met in the military by chance.

UpNorthDownSouth is back at it again....over a decade of home cooking, specialty creations - all made with love. At the heckling of a few friends, they had a cook-off. One friend emerged victorious, wowing the crowd with her creative creations and unique twist on modern classics. From dorm rooms to their own homes, many request came in for specialty dishes and maybe even a location for all the friends to meet. From that idea was birthed UpNorthDownSouth.
