Tonight through Saturday leading up to Mother’s Day, join us on the deck or in the dining room for half-priced bottles of wine and carafes of mimosas, sangrias or our NA tonics. No itinerary. Seven years ago on April 1st - in a little cottage on Margaret Avenue - two cancer survivors opened the doors to a healing kitchen they wished existed when going through their health challenges.

We didn’t know if anyone would show up. But you did . . . and you kept showing up - even after our first anniversary on April 1, 2020 - a tough year for all of us. Over the years, you brought friends and family, you told others about us and you kept coming back!

Through the years - we've been blessed as we:
1. watched expectant mamas come directly from their OB appointments, new dads order breakfasts so their wives didn’t have to eat hospital food, new mamas bring their babies in and those babies grow up before our eyes
2. met people who have just received a hard diagnosis and are looking for a small dose of hope and a healthy bite to eat
3. petted your four-legged family members on the lawn, given them treats and prepared healthy dog bowls just for them
4. welcomed nurses and doctors who walk over from Kennestone for their lunch and coffee breaks
5. watched families make Good a part of their weekend routine and delight as their kids run to Mighty Millie’s Corner the minute they step into the front door
6. celebrated babies on the way, brides-to-be, 40th birthdays, 50th wedding anniversaries, surprise engagements and so many other life celebrations
7. counseled countless guests who needed help navigating what to eat in the face of a new diagnosis
8. gathered in September to honor Mighty Millie as well as other children and families facing childhood cancer
9. experienced so much more in our little cottage on Margaret Avenue!
