Good Evening everyone!!

We are so sorry that we missed yall last week and on top of that this post is late in the evening….

Guess what??? WE'RE BAAAAAAAAAACK!!

It was long and eventful week with Michael working the re-opening of Roots Eatery but nonetheless we will back out tonight at Lowe'e in Maricopa!!

Last time we were out we had a lot of demand for alcapurrias and we have them this week along with more guava and cream cheese dessert empanadas!! We will have, of course, normal empanadas, bistec, pernil, and other items.

We are closed for today and tomorrow. If you would like, stop in to Roots Eatery and say Hi to Michael! This also gives Venus a much needed break. We plan own being out again June 12th at Lowe's parking lot

Just a heads up, we will be closed today 5/31. You all kept us so busy we sold out of our weekly inventory. As you are all aware, we will also be closed next weekend. We love and appreciate every single one of you and look forward to returning June 12th!!
