It has been brought to my attention that Facebook and some individuals believe this page is scam.

I would like to take this opportunity to explain the reason for the existence of two DK's Eatery pages.

In April of last year, my original DK's Eatery page was compromised, and I was locked out. Despite my efforts to prove ownership to Facebook, the lack of linkage to my original page made it challenging to verify my identity. I received numerous offers from individuals claiming they could assist me in recovering my page for a fee, which I declined to pay.

Several months later, in October, I received a notification on my phone that allowed me access to my original page.

I had decided to maintain both pages to avoid losing followers and friends. However, this has led to concerns that this page is a scam.

To address this issue, I will post a picture of my original page in the comments, and I invite you to follow us on that page. As I no longer require two pages for my business, I will be deactivating this page and any linked pages.

If you are a friend of DK's Eatery or DK's Thrifts and Gifts, please search for the original page and refer to the postings from that page. These pages are connected to the Original page so you don't need to do anything.
