Kim and myself are sad to announce the end of Korean Kuisine. After some very long talks and the prices of food and supplies in addition to both of our full-time jobs it's difficult to keep the food truck going. We would like to give a huge thank you to all of our customers over the years. With out all of you we wouldn't of been there. We met many fabulous people over the years. It was always Kim's dream to bring the taste of her homeland here for people to enjoy. She always put 100% into making the food and was rewarded by the countless appreciations she received from customers. Especially the service men and women that served in Korea. Some of them would talk to Kim in Korean and say how it reminded them when they were serving over there. A big thank you goes out to the Roser family for having us with them on Tuesday nights for "What the Truck?" This is a huge event and they do great work doing this for the community. Also a huge thank you to Jakie Moore from the valley for organizing the "Food truck Rally" on Wednesday nights in Illion. She also works extremely hard to put on this event for the community. Also to all the business's that invited us over the years to serve lunch to their employees. And to the food truck family that is always there to help each other. Last but not least is William Balsamico who got us started on this venture in the beginning and was always there to help in the drop of a hat. His knowledge in this field is priceless. As we exit this chapter in our lives we ask you to continue to support the other food trucks out there. They work hard to serve everyone. Again, Kim and myself thank everyone who came out and supported us over the years.
