This is the last week for taking orders. If you need turkey sausage or brisket before we close, it needs to be ordered this week. It’s the only way we can guarantee that you get it. We’ll only be open Wednesday through Saturday next week for walk-in orders. Call us @ (830)693-2711 to guarantee an order!

Thank you everyone for your support. It’s been a tough decision, but the right one. Another decision I made today was to start closing at 2:00 every afternoon due to the heat. We don’t have air conditioning and the evaporative coolers aren’t working too well. Thanks for understanding. Once the heat abates some, we’ll go back to regular hours until we close our doors.

It is with mixed emotions that I post this. The property is under contract to sell and I will be closing. Not sure of an exact date our last day will be, but will be in 2-3 weeks.
I really struggled with this decision. This was Billy’s business. This was his passion, not mine. I’ve done this for 29 years for him. The next 29 are for me. I’m not going anywhere. Just going to enjoy life and grand babies. Thank you for 59 years!
