This weekend our featured Benedict is 'The Italian Stallion" a fresh baked basil pesto biscuit, with seared prosciutto, spinach, Carne asada, two poached eggs, topped with classic hollandaise!!

On 7/18/23 we lost a valued member of our Baja Cafe On Ina family, Louis D Tippins III. We will be closed on Friday, July 28th, to attend his memorial and honor our friend. Thank you for your understanding. RIP Louis, you are already missed.

This weekend we have the Bon Appétit benni! It starts out with our toasted garlic bruschetta, layered with prosciutto, Italian marinated cherry tomatoes, two poached eggs and topped with our house made Alfredo sauce! Inspired by Chefs Enrique and Jalon, executed by Chef June! Great job team!

Our featured Benedict starting today until we run out is “The Porkanator” We started out with our Chorizo Cheesy mashed potatoes, topped with Adobada pork tenderloin, Pineapple pico, 2 poached eggs, Classic hollandaise and finished with our delicious pickled onion!

Today was our Franies last day!!!! It’s bittersweet for all of us! She put in so much hard work and we all had a blast together!! Thank you for being amazing Fran!!!! Best of luck! We are happy for you!!!!

Our French toast special this weekend is our Caramel Apple French toast! We slow cooked our apples and placed them on top of our house made brioche French toast, then we drizzled our house made salted caramel over the top! It’s amazing!

“Not Cho Benny” our version of Carne Asada Nachos!!! Starts out with a bowl of crispy tortilla chips, then topped our house made black bean sauce, freshly grilled Carne Asada, two poached eggs, our smoked Gouda nacho cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo, queso fresco and pickled jalapeños! The perfect Benny for Super Bowl weekend!
