Bim's Flavors

The seed for Bim’s Flavors started from my early childhood. I ate so many cookies that summer- I felt like I was in heaven!

I remember watching my aunts bake especially around Christmas time and special events and I was always excited when I was allowed to participate in the process of making such scrumptious delights. More than anything, I just LOVED the overwhelming smell of the mixture of sugar, butter and vanilla baking in the oven and the resulting mouth-watering effect it had on me and my siblings. I was even for

tunate enough to spend a summer working in my Aunt Jane's cookie factory- imagine that! - “A baker’s dream”. At that moment, I bit from the baking tree and have never looked back.
