We heard you!👂🏼

Tons of people have been asking for a light roast, and we've got some secret exciting plans that we can't share quite yet. However, for the light roast lovers, we got into the shed today and roasted up some Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Single Origin.

This is a small batch light roasted coffee that is citrusy and has notes of lemongrass and white peach. Pour Over (we have Hario Pour Overs on the site!) or French Press are ideal ways to brew it, but you do your coffee however you like.

Head over to the website to grab some, because when this small batch is gone, it's gone!
