Today marks the 10th Anniversary of Wilson's Kettle Corn. We have come a long way from our very first event in 2016 where we made $97 at an event in Jemison honoring veterans. This little old popcorn business (as some call it) ๐ has truly been a blessing to us well beyond what we could have imagined. We've learned so much about the business and ourselves over the past 10 years.
It has afforded us the opportunity to upgrade from a tent to a food trailer, allowed us to pay off our home mortgage 3 years early, and blessed us to be able to purchase a new Denali truck and pay it off in less than 2 years. The Lord has really blessed our business ๐๐พ. I say all of this today to encourage you to step out on faith.
We've met some awesome people and vendor friends along this journey. We love the people we've encountered and the atmosphere of popping fresh kettle corn at events.
Thank you to my sister Ngozi Holloway, brother Ahzeezee Agee and sister-in-law Tera L. Agee. You guys always come through when needed. Thank you to all of our customers for your continued love and support of our small business. Our prayer is that the Lord will continue to bless and strengthen us and our business as we strive towards another 10 years.
