When we opened Salt & Cypress, our dream was to create more than just a restaurant—we wanted to create a place where people could gather, linger a little longer and experience the best of the Outer Banks through fresh coastal cuisine and genuine hospitality.

We're so grateful to Our State for sharing our story, and to our amazing guests, dedicated team, local fishermen, farmers, and community who have helped make this dream a reality.
