These Blueberry Lemon Drop Biscuits are definitely making the list — soft, buttery, bursting with blueberries, and finished with just the right touch of lemon. 💛

🐾☕ Meet Rudder — The Island Coffee Shack’s Project Supervisor & Official Mascot! 🦺
Rudder has been working hard designing the perfect outdoor space for our four-legged friends! 🐶
His plans include:
🐾 A pet-friendly outdoor patio
💧 Fresh water bowls
🦴 Special dog treats
☀️ Plenty of shade
🐕 And a few more dog-approved surprises!
Rudder takes his job very seriously… although he does require frequent treat breaks. 😂
