Not everyone knows our situation that we have been dealing with for the past two years. We think it is time for us to be open and honest about everything. An incident occurred in 2021 between Evan and another individual that will not be named, the events that occurred that day were not ideal, but necessary at the time for the survival of Evan. Unfortunately, the proper procedures were not followed at the time of investigation and the misinformation given to authorities were not favorable towards Evan. We have tried to keep positive about everything, but when some intentionally mislead the courtroom and portray Evan to be some monster, the truth doesn’t always come to light. The heartbreaking news is now we have to attend a sentence hearing for Evan January 4th at 9am at the King William courthouse. If you would like to attend to show support we would appreciate it. We are fighting to appeal the verdict. Hopefully, the outcome is in our favor and we can work towards continuing the food truck for the community. We miss you all and hope to get things back to normal.
