A huge thank you...

Last week was the best week in the history of An Extra Slice Of New York! It's amazing how much this shop has grown in the last 3 years. We owe it all to you; our customers...

There has been a lot of challenges during this time, but to see everything coming to fruition has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I couldn't do it without my customers, but I also couldn't do it without my staff...

For those who don't know, currently I'm the only "adult" working at An Extra Slice Of New York, everyone else is either in high-school or college. Whoever says the younger generations don't want to work is just wrong. I am constantly impressed with how hard these kids work and how quickly they can master their craft...

So, in summary, I wanted to give our customers a huge thank you! You have given me the opportunity to do what I love; making delicious, real food. You have also given me the opportunity to employ some great kids from the PT/Irwin community so that they can learn skills and have fun while making money...

I apologize for writing a book; if you made it this far, I appreciate your time. We have some exciting things in the works, so stay tuned...

🍕 Small Sicilian Sticks $10
🍕 Small Mozzarella Sicilian Sticks $12

🍕 Large Sicilian Sticks $20
🍕 Large Mozzarella Sicilian Sticks $22

*Small = 12" Regular Pizza
*Large = 18" Regular Pizza

These are prepped and baked just like our Sicilian Pizzas. Topped with olive oil, garlic, basil, Romano, and Mozzarella; if you choose. No fake butter stuff here! Plum tomato sauce cups are included. You can really taste the sourdough, they are delicious... 🤤
